Terms of sale

Last updated: 27 September 2026

This is a translation. The French version is the binding one.

These terms apply to adkix's paid plans. They supplement the terms of use.

1. Seller

The seller is Deepthix LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under number 17023320, whose registered office is at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].

2. Plans and credits

adkix is sold as monthly subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Business) or as credits bought one-off, with no subscription. Each plan gives a number of credits per month, shown with its price on the Pricing page and in the app's Credits area at the time of subscription. Plans also include scheduled publishing to social networks and a number of brands (3, 10 or 30); without a plan, the account keeps one brand and does not publish from adkix.

Credits pay for actions in the app: producing a video, redoing a scene, shot or music, adding a format, translating, chatting with the AI director, writing a post… The cost is shown or estimated before the action. For a video, an amount is reserved up front; only the actual cost is charged and the rest is returned to you.

Plan credits are refilled each paid month and do not roll over: those left at the end of a month are replaced by the next month's.

Any customer can buy credits with a one-off card payment: at the per-credit price of their current plan if subscribed, at the one-off price shown in the Credits area otherwise. These bought credits are not replaced at renewal nor removed on cancellation: they stay on the account and, for a subscriber, are only used once the plan's credits have run out.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred to another account.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros, including any applicable taxes. Payment is made by card through Stripe, our payment provider: we never see or store your card number.

The subscription is paid in advance and renews automatically every month on its anniversary date until cancelled. An invoice is available in your billing area, where you can also enter your company's name, address and VAT number.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it; until it succeeds, paid features may be suspended.

We may change our prices. A new price only applies to a current subscription from the renewal following the notice we send you, at least thirty days in advance.

4. Changing plan

Moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately: the price difference for the current period is charged pro rata and the extra credits are added at once.

Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal, without removing credits already received.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: your plan and credits remain usable until then, with no refund for the current period. You can resume your subscription before that date.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer living in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have fourteen days after subscribing to withdraw, by writing to [email protected]. By asking to use the service straight away, you agree that it starts before that period ends.

If no credits have been used, you are refunded in full. If you have already used credits, the refund is reduced by the share of the service already provided, based on the credits used. The refund is made to the payment method used, within fourteen days.

This right does not apply to businesses.

7. Refunds

Apart from the right of withdrawal and cases provided for by law, amounts paid are not refunded. If a generation fails on our side, the reserved credits are returned to you automatically; if not, write to us.

8. Warranties, governing law and disputes

The statutory warranties consumers enjoy (conformity of digital content and services) apply. Other liability is governed by the terms of use.

These terms are governed by English law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence. In case of dispute, write to us first at [email protected]; consumers living in the European Union may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
