This is a translation. The French version is the binding one.
What we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.
1. Data controller
Deepthix LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under number 17023320, whose registered office is at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. For any question about your data: [email protected].
2. What we collect
Your account: name, email address, hashed password (never stored in clear), language and, if you sign in with Google, your Google ID and profile picture.
What you give us to analyse: your website address and its public content (texts, images, screenshots), an Instagram account if any, logos and files you upload, and your conversations with the AI director.
What the service produces: scripts, voices, music, images, videos, scheduled posts and connected social accounts (ID, username, avatar; access tokens are held by Post for Me, not by us).
Billing: plan, credit balance and history, Stripe customer and subscription IDs. Card data is processed by Stripe only.
Emails: a log of emails sent (recipient, subject, delivery, opening) and your choice to stop receiving our follow-up emails.
Technical data: server logs (IP address, pages and errors) kept for security and troubleshooting.
3. Why, and on what basis
Providing the service and managing your account, credits and subscription: performance of the contract.
Sending account emails (welcome, password reset, billing): performance of the contract.
Sending a few follow-up emails about your use of adkix: legitimate interest, with an unsubscribe link in every email.
Securing the service, preventing fraud and being told about new sign-ups: legitimate interest.
Keeping accounting records: legal obligation.
We do not sell your data, do no targeted advertising and do not use your content to train AI models.
4. Our processors
Amazon Web Services (hosting, Germany) and Cloudflare (network and security).
Anthropic and kie.ai (AI models for scripts, images, videos and music through Suno), ElevenLabs (voice-over and sound effects).
Apify (reading a public Instagram profile, if you give one).
Stripe (payment), Resend (sending emails), Google (sign-in with Google), Post for Me (publishing to social networks), Microsoft (Clarity, audience measurement).
To preview your brand's typefaces, your browser may load fonts from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google.
Some of these providers are located outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, notably in the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, the equivalent UK agreement or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
5. How long we keep data
Your account data and content are kept as long as your account exists. After a deletion request they are erased within thirty days, except billing records the law requires us to keep (up to ten years).
Technical logs are kept for at most twelve months. An account inactive for three years may be deleted after a warning email.
6. Cookies
adkix uses cookies needed for it to work: reel_session (your sign-in, 30 days), reel_google (during a Google sign-in, 10 minutes) and adkix_lang (your language, one year).
adkix also uses audience measurement cookies: adkix_vid (13 months), which tells us where visitors come from and links that origin to your account when you sign up, and those of Microsoft Clarity (_clck, one year; _clsk, one day), which record how you move through the site to help us improve it. No advertising cookies. You can block these measurement cookies in your browser settings: the site works without them.
7. Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, ask for a portable copy, object to some processing or ask for it to be restricted, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: the ICO in the United Kingdom (ico.org.uk) or the one in your country, for example the CNIL in France (cnil.fr).
8. Security and changes
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed and server access is restricted. If a data breach affects you, we will tell you within the legal deadlines.
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version, and significant changes are notified by email.
