1. Publisher and hosting

adkix (adkix.ai) is published by Deepthix LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under number 17023320, whose registered office is at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].

The service is hosted by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, on servers located in Frankfurt (Germany), and delivered through Cloudflare, Inc.

2. Purpose and acceptance

adkix reads the website address you give it, draws a brand from it (colours, logo, typefaces, tone), writes a script and produces videos with voice-over, music and captions, which you can then publish on your social accounts.

By creating an account, you accept these terms. The terms of sale also apply once you subscribe to a paid plan.

3. Account

You create your account with an email address and a password, or with your Google account. Your information must be accurate and your password kept to yourself: anything done from your account is deemed done by you.

The service is aimed primarily at businesses. You must be at least 18 or of legal age in your country.

You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to [email protected].

4. What you agree to

Only submit websites, Instagram accounts, logos, images and videos you have the right to use, usually those of your own company or of a client who authorises you.

Not use adkix to produce content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, hateful, infringes the rights of others (trademarks, copyright, image rights) or impersonates another person or company.

Review every video before publishing it. Scripts, voices, images and music are AI-generated and may contain errors or inaccurate claims about your product. You remain responsible for what you publish.

Not try to bypass the service's limits, access other users' data or disrupt its operation.

5. Content and ownership

You keep ownership of what you provide (website address, texts, logos, files). You grant us the right to use it solely to run the service for you: analysis, generation, storage and publishing at your request.

Subject to these terms and to paying the corresponding credits, you may freely use the videos produced for your account, including commercially. We claim no rights over them and do not show them as examples without your consent.

AI-generated content may resemble other content and is not always protected by copyright. Music is generated through third-party providers and its use remains subject to their terms.

The adkix brand, website and software remain the property of Deepthix LTD.

6. Publishing on social media

adkix can publish or schedule your videos on the accounts you connect (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Bluesky) through the Post for Me service. You can disconnect an account at any time.

Each network applies its own rules, which you must follow. Videos are labelled as AI-generated where the network provides for it. We are not responsible for a refusal, removal or restriction decided by a network.

7. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it at all times. It relies on third-party providers (AI models, voices, music, payment, publishing) that may be slow or unavailable.

We may change the service. If a change removes an essential feature of a current paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability towards a business is limited to the amounts it paid us over the last twelve months, and we are not liable for indirect loss (lost revenue, audience or reputation).

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for gross negligence or fraud, or the rights the law guarantees to consumers.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using adkix at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after notice except in urgent cases (fraud, unlawful content, security threat).

10. Changes, governing law and disputes

We may change these terms. Any significant change will be notified by email or in the app at least fifteen days before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by English law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence. If a problem arises, write to us first: we look for an amicable solution. Consumers living in the European Union may also use a consumer mediator free of charge.
